Teamleader Warehouse Logistics (GN)

In this position you will manage our warehouse logistics, train our warehouse employees and revise the structures and processes. (Job description in German only)

Aufgrund der dynamischen Entwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe, leiten Sie unsere Lagerlogistik für einen innovationsgetriebenen, weltweit tätigen Hidden Champion.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Schulung von Lagermitarbeitern
  • Schaffung und Überarbeitung von Strukturen und Prozessen
  • Scannergestützte Kommissionierung und Ein- und Auslagerung der Waren über unser Lagerverwaltungssystem
  • Be- und Entladen von LKW und Containern incl. Ladungssicherung
  • Begleitdokumente wie z. B. CMR bei Drittländern ggbf. ausfüllen und kontrollieren
  • Verpacken von Waren unter Beachtung aller Transportvarianten
  • Innerbetriebliche Transporte mittels Flurförderfahrzeuge
  • Wiegen, Messen und Kennzeichnen von Packstücken

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Staplerschein incl. langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Lagerwirtschaft
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • EDV-, ERP- und Scanner-Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Persönliche Fähigkeiten

  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
